Online appendix to dissertation submitted in part-fulfilment of the Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and International Relations, University College London, August 2024.
The online appendix consists of four parts:
Appendix 1: Code book for the AT-ERDS data set created for this dissertation.
Appendix 2: AT-ERDS data tables, specifically:
2.1: Primary CSV file (one entry per case).
2.2: 'By-year' CSV file (one entry per case-year observation). Note that for regimes beginning prior to 1946, this table includes case-years outside the scope of the study - these are filtered out for analysis.
Appendix 3: R code used to conduct empirical analysis.
Appendix 4: Statistical tables with full outputs of all models used in empirical analysis.
